In this class, we'll introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and demonstrate how to use the reformer so that you feel confident and comfortable performing each and every exercise.

Beginner

A more athletic class designed to build strength and improve muscle tone using layers and progressions to ensure that you get the most out of each class.

Intermediate

Classes at Core.

Challenge your cardio strength as well as your core, legs and upper body with our fun and energising Jumpboard classes. A low impact, high intensity workout - coming soon to Core!
